Aulestad – Bjørnson’s home
Aulestad is one of Norway’s best-preserved artists’ homes. Here you can wander through Karoline and Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson’s home, see the peace prize he won in literature and get an insight into what life was like at the end of the 19th century.
At Aulestad you will find peace and quiet, both inside the house and around the large farm. Aulestad is located in Follebu, about 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel.
