Cross country skiing
Miles of world-class cross-country ski trails await you in the Lillehammer, Nordseter and Sjusjøen areas. The trails are suitable for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an active competitive skier.
The cross-country ski trails start directly above our hotel. These are linked to the trail network at Birkebeineren Skistadion and further up the mountain. You can choose to walk to both Nordseter and Sjusjøen. There is also a bus up to Nordseter, and from there you can return to Birkebeineren; it’s about 15 km of gentle downhill slopes. There is ski rental at Nordseter and Sjusjøen. Nordseter is 15 km from the hotel.
